Strategy SESSIONS

You don’t always need regular business coaching. Maybe you just need a couple of hours with me to work through what is happening with your company and come away with some clear action points for the way forward.

Let’s get together, either face to face in my office in Manchester or on Zoom from wherever you are and get to grips with what you need to work through right now. Do you have something blocking you in your business? Something you need to deal with but you don’t know what to do? Or how to do it?

Let’s sit down and work out what you need to do. You can dip into all of my experience, I’ll ask you lots of questions, and you’ll go away with a firm action plan for your next steps.

Maybe you don’t need the intensive help of regular one-to-one coaching. You just need a review of your strategy every 6 months to make sure that you’re on track, and to get some new ideas and fresh thinking. You can book in for a strategy session, and you’ll come away feeling motivated and clearer about the future.

Working in and ON THE BUSINESS

Many entrepreneurs spend all their time working in and not on the business as they are too busy with day-to-day tasks. I help them focus on both areas and when working on the business I help to define the 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, 10 year plans. Is the 10 year goal to sell the business, keep growing/investing or still to be decided?

I only work with a small number of customers and my approach is bespoke but typically I work 2 days a month with a client, often 1 day in the business and 1 day on the business. The return you see should be at least 5 times your investment. I would only work with customers where I am confident they would see this return.

Some of the tasks I do for customers in their business include - digital marketing, helping implement and review their marketing strategy and supporting new product launches.

MY FOCUS IS ON Coaching not consulting/mentoring

Using a running analogy, a mentor would tell you how they run the race and what strategy they used, a consultant would give suggestions on shoes and advice on the quickest and best way to do it but a coach would run alongside you and help every step of the way. I focus on coaching, not consulting, your result is my result. We reach decisions and execute strategy together.

I am a business coach focusing on small businesses and have helped many grow and achieve their goals including customers in the automotive, architecture, property companies, professional services and local tradespeople.

I have worked extensively with the Federation of Small Business and the British Franchise Association and supported a Google program to help small businesses grow through the smarter use of digital advertising. I developed a program for SMBs to help them set up and utilise TikTok for the first time.
